Wedding ceremony in a Winnipeg outdoor garden lit by golden-hour amber light

What the Wedding Day Coverage Includes

From preparation rooms to the final dance, the full-day package records the event as it genuinely unfolds.

The standard wedding package begins up to eight hours before the ceremony and continues through the first dances at the reception. Coverage includes bridal preparation, ceremony (from multiple positions to ensure complete coverage without obstruction), formal group portraits, candid reception moments, and a dedicated golden-hour couple session if time and light permit. A curated gallery of 500 to 800 edited images is delivered via private online link within four weeks. All editing follows the studio's amber-gold colour standard, preserving the warmth of Manitoba venues whether the ceremony takes place in a heritage church, an outdoor garden, or a modern event hall.

How the Studio Approaches Wedding Days

Preparation and restraint — two qualities that make the difference between images that document and images that resonate.

Before every wedding, the studio schedules a detailed pre-shoot consultation to review the venue, the timeline, and any moments the couple considers non-negotiable. On the day itself, the approach is observational rather than directive: families and guests are not constantly repositioned, and candid sequences are prioritised over posed lineups. When formal portraits are required, the studio prepares a shot list in advance so that the process is efficient and unobtrusive. This discipline allows the couple and their guests to remain present in the event rather than performing for the camera. Echopvivid has covered more than 120 weddings across Winnipeg, the Interlake, and the Whiteshell since 2017.

We specifically chose Echopvivid because the portfolio showed photographs of people who clearly did not know they were being photographed. That is exactly what our wedding gallery looks like — genuine moments in amber light rather than a series of arranged portraits. The pre-shoot call gave us complete confidence in the plan for the day.
